You can cancel your order before it is dispatched (usually 3 days after your purchase). If your order is shipped, you can exchange it for up to 3 days from the date of delivery, but once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, it can only be exchanged.

Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.
Please Share the Return Parcel Packing video while returning to the shipment person.
The exchange will only be completed once the product returned is in the same condition as we sent.
In case of any discordance, we have the right to cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include the limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information, etc. We also have the right to check out for the extra details of the customer to accept orders in a few cases.
