Shipping, Exchange, Return Policy
Shipping policy:
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Silvogue by Ranka. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
⁃ Silvogue shall deliver all products purchased online within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
⁃ Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
⁃ If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
⁃ We may use third-party courier / postal services for delivery and shall not be liable for any delay caused by the delivery service providers.
⁃ Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package; otherwise, it will be presumed that you have accepted the delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We will be able to cancel orders only before they are shipped.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
• Genuine quality issues.
• Packages lost in transit.
• In case Silvogue by Ranka discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
• Refunds will be made through the same payment method within 7 working days.
• In case you have received the a damaged product or wrong product, please intimate to Silvogue within 3 days of receiving the order. Please email us at support@silvogue.in / silvoguesocial@gmail.com or Whatsapp at +91- 8830546279. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO MENTION YOUR ORDER ID.
• For prepaid orders, the refund would be in the source of payment and for COD orders, it would ONLY be in the bank account of the individual whose name is there in the billing details. Kindly note that only the amount of product is eligible for refund. Other fees like gift wrap charges, shipping charges, cash on delivery charges, custom duty etc are non refundable.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
• Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
• Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
• After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies
• Package refused by the recipient.
• Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
• Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
• If the piece is not faulty or damaged.
• Change in decision after it being delivered.
